Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items- If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds-  Refunds are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
