shipping and returns

At The Tiny Toadstool, we aim to provide a smooth and positive experience for every customer. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping

We only ship within Australia.  Orders are processed and packed within 5 business days.. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on Australia Post. 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on order size and location.

The Tiny Toadstool is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
 

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade and sensory play products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and contact us if you have any questions.
 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please note that due to humidity, some dry ingredients may clump and require loosening before use. This does not deem them faulty. Please refer to our FAQ section to learn how to rectify. 

 

Refunds

Refunds are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, The Tiny Toadstool cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
