  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

  • Due to the nature of our products (children’s play kits, potions and perishable materials), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
     

6. Safety

  • Our products are made with non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients.

  • Adult supervision is required for all activities.

  • Children should use products responsibly and under guidance. If irritation occurs discontinue use and wash with water.

  • Not for consumption.

  • Suitable for children over 4 years as kits contain small parts, choking hazard.

  • May contain allergens; please refer to the product description for full details.

  • Outdoor use is recommended.
